It has been a CRAZY week around here, but a good one too.

In addition, we start moving into our new house this week which is equally exciting and chaotic. I can’t wait to set up The Balanced Life’s new home studio. More details on that soon. 🙂
I’m also prepping all of the wonderful resources to kick of The Pilates Balance Program next week which is one of my favorite things to do. I’m getting to know a whole new group of women and can’t wait to dive in.
And last, but certainly not least, The Body Book and I are hosting a 1-week Pilates challenge so that you have a new routine you can do Monday – Friday to feel energized and strong.

We pick up the pace a bit in today’s workout. You’ll definitely be feeling the burn as we work to strengthen and stabilize the core. The exercises in today’s series are designed to build dynamic core stability and strength – something that Pilates does extremely well.
