The Balanced Life is a top performing Pilates lifestyle website dedicated to helping busy women love their bodies by providing safe, effective, and approachable workouts and resources. We serve thousands of women all over the world and help them break free from negative relationships with diet and exercise by providing a balanced, practical approach.

We run a monthly membership program (The Balanced Life Sisterhood) along with seasonal programs and challenges throughout the year. The Balanced Life is also dedicated to providing as much free content as possible to educate, empower, and encourage women on their paths to health.
