Why is it so hard for a lot of women (and this may include you) to feel confident about their body and maintain a positive mindset even if a workout is skipped or too many calories were consumed one day?
For some people, strict workout routines and diets do truly make them happy, but for a lot of mothers, working women, and anyone with a busy schedule, keeping up with strict rules and requirements is unrealistic.
The truth is, a perfect body is not the answer to happiness and feeling good about yourself.
If that were true, then why isn’t everyone who has an “ideal” body happy?
What would happen if you started to focus on living a balanced life instead? A life where you focus more on how you FEEL and less on trying to get your body to fit some kind of ideal shape created by culture and the media?
What would your life look like if you could FEEL confident and happy with your body regardless of how it looked?
