    Hi Robin,
    First, thanks so much for the videos this month; I’ve been loving every day! I was also hoping you’d be able to offer some advice: I strained my neck the other day, so I used a rolled-up towel as a prop during the hundred, but do you have any other modifications and/or stretches that might be helpful?

      Hi Cayla! So sorry to hear that. You’re making a great modification. I’d do exactly that and just modify the exercises so that you keep your head resting on the ground until you are feeling better. You can still get a great amount of work out of the exercises! And just use your body as your guide. If it doesn’t feel right, don’t do it 🙂
