The Roll Up

The Roll Up is a classic Pilates exercise designed to:

  • strengthen the abdominals
  • increase spinal articulation
  • improve hamstring flexibility

In today’s video I’ll walk you through the Roll Up, provide modifications and help you get the most out of the exercise.
