TBL Favorites: January 2019

Happy New Year, beauties!

I hope you enjoyed the first Monthly Teaser of 2019 in your inbox this morning! (If you’re not signed up for our monthly roundup, you can join our list here.)

The team and I have so much fun compiling our favorite things to share with you each month! Hopefully they spark joy, provide inspiration, help you find a new pair of running shoes, try a new recipe, or read a new book!

BONUS: I created a ‘New Year Vision Guide’ for you!

This is a fun  way to reflect on 2018 and create a vision for 2019.

I encourage you to print the New Year Vision Guide and sneak off to a coffee shop for a little time to yourself. You deserve it. 🙂

And without further ado, here are the team’s favorites for the month:

Currently Listening to:

“Lauren Daigle’s Album, Look Up Child, has been on everyone’s playlist the past few months and now I can’t stop listening to it either.” – Becky

“I loved the episode with Ali Edwards on The Feel Good Effect podcast!” – Martha

“I’ve been enjoying the SHE podcast with Jordan Lee Dooley – she talks about real life, personal development, and always leaves me thinking.” – Jordin

“I’ve been re-listening to some of the episodes of The Purpose Show for de-cluttering tips!” – Sarah

EntreLeadership by Dave Ramsey

The Whole Brain Child by Daniel J. Siegel

“On a bit of a reading freeze right now, but when I have time again, my go-to for figuring out what to read is always Reese Witherspoon’s Book Club!” – Martha

I’ve been living in the Lorna Jane Everyday Tights! They’re a definite favorite for workouts, work, weekends and school drop off! (I wear them all day every day)

“This is my favorite winter coat from Land’s End!” – Becky

“Who doesn’t love a good pair of ankle socks?! I really enjoy these Old Navy ankle socks because they’re cute, good quality, and they don’t fall down!” – Teddi

“I love wearing these 1/4 zip pullover sweaters – for both inside and outside.” – Martha

“I’m loving these Adidas Running Shoes – they are cute and functional for both workouts and taking my dog on walks.” – Jordin

In the Kitchen:

I can’t get enough of this Dairy-Free Spinach Artichoke Dip. It’s great for parties!

Trader Joe’s Simply Nutty bars have been my favorite grab-and-go snack!” – Teddi

“I love to care for people through food, but sometimes I’m totally stumped over healthy meal ideas for taking to friends in need. Love that I found a list like this to consider next time!” – Martha

“My favorite water bottle is the 32 oz. Hydro Flask. It’s perfect for traveling and making sure I stay hydrated all day long.” – Jordin

“These gingerbread protein bites are a fun way to mix up my afternoon protein snack!” – Sarah

One of my goals for 2019 is to give away 200 EPs I recorded 2 years ago. I believe in the songs and believe they need to be in people’s homes. I just need the courage to put them out there.
