✔️ Fuel up with a delicious Blueberry and Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries (or other fresh or frozen fruit)

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or another nut or seed butter)

  • 1 handful spinach (optional)

  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth and enjoy!

✔️ Calm Your Nervous System with this 5 Senses Exercise

Sometimes our emotions and thoughts become really overwhelming and we find ourselves full of anxiety and panic. In these cases, our 5 senses can help ground us in reality and the present moment.

  • Look for 5 things you can see

  • Become aware of 4 things you can touch

  • Acknowledge 3 things you can hear

  • Notice 2 things you can smell

  • Become aware of 1 thing you can taste

✔️ Write down 3 things you’re grateful for this week + 3 things you’re looking forward to in the future.

  • If there’s sunshine outside, put on a podcast and take a walk

  • Light a yummy candle and take a bubble bath

  • Make a cup of coffee or tea and read a good book

  • Paint your nails with your favorite color

  • Anything that brings YOU joy!
