Leg Circles

Leg Circles (also known as One Leg Circle) is a classic Pilates exercise designed to:

  • stabilize the pelvis
  • improve core strength
  • mobilize the hip joint

In today’s video I’ll walk you through Leg Circles, provide modifications and share tips to help you get the most out of the exercise.

    Hi Robin,

    Just wondered if you had any advice for those of us with popping and clicking in the hip socket. Is it possible with increased mobility and strength the popping/clicking will stop?
