This quick routine includes stretches you can do at your desk, stretches to relieve neck and shoulder tension, toning exercises for the lower and upper body and will provide the perfect mid-day energy boost.

    nice and short workout
    could be nice to have a monday – friday 5 min/ day desk workout.
    Maybe a nice tool for companies, who try to support employees healthiness. Once a day a Pop up window through out a whole Company ๐Ÿ™‚
