  2. I am interested in Pilates but haven’t yet jumped in – I have done so many different things for fitness over the years – swimming, jogging, running, walking, aerobics, strength training, yoga, HIIT workouts etc. Your talk has got me all excited about Pilates and am eager to explore this.

    I am 61 years old. In january I list someone very close to me, and I have completely allowed myself to become terribly out of shape in every way. I have much pain, weight gain and it is becoming difficult to get moving. Watching some of these videos, I am afraid that I wont be able to do these things.
