Hi Beauties!

I think it’s safe to say that we have a bit of a sugar problem in today’s culture, wouldn’t you agree?

It’s a real problem and it takes EFFORT to avoid all of the added sugars found in today’s foods.

But rather than feeling overwhelmed and paralyzed by the thought of avoiding sugar completely for the rest of our lives, we’re going to keep on keepin’ on with our baby step approach.
