TRAIN & CONNECT WITH ROBIN

Enjoy daily Pilates classes both on the mat and the reformer taught by Robin Long. Connect with Robin to set goals, overcome challenges, and take the next step on your journey toward a more balanced, nourishing lifestyle.  Robin will be there every step of the way to ensure that you leave the weekend feeling re-focused, energized, and empowered. Class sizes will be small to allow for plenty of personalized instruction and training.

REST, RELAX, RESTORE

The Bacara Resort and Spa is an iconic 5 star resort with 78 acres of lush ocean-front property on the coast of Santa Barbara, California.

Known for it’s laid-back luxury experience, it’s the perfect place to escape, de-stress and soak up the sun and immerse yourself in The Balanced Life lifestyle.

All attendees will receive access to the 3,500-square-foot, state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength training center, spa facility that includes a wealth of amenities, including an adults-only pool, Jacuzzi, redwood sauna, eucalyptus steam room, fireside lounge areas, and a rooftop terrace.

While your weekend will include plenty of time for Pilates, hiking, swimming, and relaxation, you’ll also have the opportunity to attend wellness workshops to inspire positive change and personal breakthroughs in your life.

DAILY SCHEDULE

A sample of what your
Balanced Life Retreat day will look like.

7:30 am – Pilates under the palm trees. Start your day with an energizing Pilates class under California palm trees with a refreshing ocean breeze.

8:30 am – Enjoy a nourishing pool-side breakfast with seasonal fruits, smoothie bowls, fresh coffee, and good company.

10:00 am – Join Robin for a small group Pilates reformer class, head out for a hike along the coast line, or relax with a book by the pool. The choice is yours!

12:00 pm – Enjoy a fresh and healthy meal while learning about nutrition and how to improve your energy and health with nourishing foods.

3:00 pm – Attend a wellness workshop, enjoy a spa treatment*, take an exercise class, or lounge in the Bacara’s world class spa facility, open and available to all guests of The Balanced Life retreat.

6:00 pm – Gather with new friends for a California-inspired meal. Good food, good company, good wine.

8:00 pm – Finish up the night with a fire-side chat with Robin to bond, connect, and unwind.

**3 meals per full day. Thursday and Sunday will each include one meal as they are arrival and departure days.

+All inclusive accommodation rates are per person. Flights and transportation to the hotel not included. Trip price includes check-in at The Bacara Resort & Spa on October 26, 2017 and departure on October 29, 2017. Shared room means you will have your own bed in a shared room. If you select this option, The Balanced Life will set you up with a roommate of your choice or by lottery.

CANCELLATION POLICY

By submitting your credit card information, you authorize The Balanced Life to charge your credit card for this amount. If you need to cancel, The Balanced Life will do their best to find a replacement for you. If a replacement is found, a full refund will be issued with no penalty or processing fees. To protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances (injury, illness, family emergency, etc.), we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
