Outside of The Balanced Life, I can be found chasing my 6-year-old daughter, 3-year-old son, and 1-year-old twins, going for runs with my husband, relaxing on the beach, and occasionally enjoying the perfectly-timed glass of Napa Chardonnay (nursing mamas you know what I mean). Believing the lie that beating yourself up or using guilt as a way to motivate yourself to eat right and exercise will NEVER work. She obtained her comprehensive Pilates certification through Body Arts and Science International and her barre certification through Balanced Body.
