We’re Moving To The Beach!

Remember a few weeks back when I mentioned that life “thew me a curve ball?”

Well, I can finally share the news…The Balanced Life HQ is moving!

After 3 years in Colorado we are heading back to the beach. My family and I will be relocating back to sunny Santa Barbara, California next month and we couldn’t be more excited.

So what does this mean for you? Not much! Other than more beautiful beach backdrops in future workouts. 🙂

I’ve been reminded that living a balanced life is about so much more than exercise and food.

It’s about caring for yourself NOW so that when life throws you curve balls, you can handle them.

It’s about building habits that you can lean on when everything else feels out of your control.

It’s about staying open and continually adapting so that you can THRIVE as the seasons of life change.

Thank you so much for being on this journey with me and for being a part of this community. I am so, so grateful. I truly couldn’t do it without you.

PS: Did you see this post about Creative Ways to Exercise With Young Kids? It’s a good one to share with your  mama friends. 🙂

Although some may argue, change is a beautiful thing. We also recently packed up our family and move to the beach (Nevada to South Carolina) and it was hectic and stressful, but we found beauty in every bit of the adventure. You have to learn to adapt to change – resistance just makes it harder. Wishing you the best with your move!

How awesome and exciting, I’m born and raised So Cal, now living in Yorba Linda. I hope the move goes well and you can enjoy the adventure of it all!
