We’re looking for a Member Support Coordinator to provide an excellent experience for our members and our community. The focus of this role is to take ownership of our customer service email account to maintain and increase member satisfaction, loyalty, retention, support, and success.
This is a 25-30 hours per week and remote position….yep, you can do it from anywhere!
