The Sisterhood has been going strong for 2 full months now and it has been SO much fun. The community has come alive and is truly what I hoped it would be – an encouraging, positive place to give & receive support.
As a member of The Sisterhood, each month you’ll receive:
- A full-length Pilates workout. These online Pilates workouts are yours to keep forever. Our first month was a full-body strength routine and last month was all about “Buns & Guns.” This month we’re working on posture which important for all of us (are you slouching right now?).
- A Monthly Mission with resources, worksheets, and recommended reading. We all focus on ONE aspect of wellness together for the entire month. We’re wrapping up a month on positive self-talk and moving onto an exciting new mission in April. Can’t wait to share it with you. 🙂
- A free printable poster designed by Lyndsie Smith Design & Photo. This printable is beautiful and worth the membership alone. I have framed the last 2 prints in my home and can’t wait to do the same in the upcoming months.
- Access to a private Facebook group for support, encouragement and accountability.
- A monthly workout calendar. The calendar incorporates short, daily workouts from my YouTube Channel and full-length Sisterhood workouts to keep you moving Monday – Friday. You can follow this calendar to a “T” or use it as a guide, whatever works best for you.
- A monthly Recipe Bundle. Fresh, whole-food recipes to incorporate into your diet throughout the month.
