Doing my meal planning for the week and thought I’d share what’s on the menu in case you’re looking for new ideas to add to your rotation.
In addition to cutting out dairy, soy and eggs, I’m now cutting out nuts as well! SO, these recipes are all free of the aforementioned ingredients. But they’re still delicious 🙂
Here’s what’s on tap for the week ahead:
– Kashi Cinnamon Harvest cereal with plain almond milk (almond milk is here to stay)
– Decaf, iced, cold-brew coffee with vanilla almond milk
– Turkey meatballs with sauteed kale (from the PBP meal plan)
– Mexican Quinoa Black Bean Bowls (with df/sf cheese & sans sour cream)
