I wasn’t sure if I could do at-home workouts successfully, but each video has helpful instruction and encouragement to help you gain strength safely. I always end each workout feeling uplifted and challenged in a good way. TBL has taught me grace, not just in terms of body image and exercise but also in my everyday life and my relationships.
