TBL Favorites: September 2018

Hi Beauties!

You may have noticed a new monthly newsletter in your inbox this morning with some TBL favorites, a nutrition tip, and a note from me! (If you’re interested in receiving our newsletter, you can join our list here.)

Each month, the team and I are compiling some of our favorite things of the moment and sharing them with you to hopefully spark joy, inspiration, or just help you find a new pair of running shoes or a new recipe! 🙂

So without further ado, here are some things the team is currently loving:

Currently Listening to:

“I am loving the Norah Jones Pandora Station!” -Sarah

The Enneagram Journey podcast with Suzanne Stabile – Suzanne interviews people of each type and her style is gentle and gracious. I love finding a kindred spirit in someone with my own type, and learning about other Enneagram types has given me better understanding for relating to friends and family.” -Martha

The Just Enjoy Health Podcast – Love that she talks about balancing treats and avoiding the cheat mentality when it comes to food.” -Becky

Currently Reading:

For the Love by Jen Hatmaker

Capital Gaines by Chip Gaines

Styled by Emily Henderson

I’ve also been loving my new Kindle Paperwhite. I’ve been making a conscious effort to reach for it, instead of my phone – and it’s working!

“I’ve been wearing these Old Navy Luxe Tees all. the time. So soft!” -Becky

“These Target Joggers are AMAZING – how can you argue with less than $20 and 288 5-star reviews?!” -Sarah

“It’s still extremely hot in Texas, but I snagged these Asics Gel-Nimbus 20 Running Shoes for when it’s cool enough to run outdoors again! They’re so comfortable and supportive.” -Jordin

In the Kitchen:

Chocolate Zucchini Protein Muffins from Real Food Whole Life – so good!

Trader Joe’s Ends & Pieces – Do you love fruit leather? You’ll love this snack! Because the bars are handmade, all of the uneven ends are saved and sold by the bag.” -Teddi

“Make your own “everything toast” with Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning” -Martha

Loving this stainless steel tumbler. I love that it fits in cup holders, keeps my water cold, and I find I drink so much more when drinking with a straw!

Did you find anything new from our September favorites? Let us know in the comments! We would also love to hear what you are currently loving. It’s so much fun to share good things. 🙂

Would TBL consider doing a few Pilates routines for women with osteoporosis? Pilates is very good for bone building but there are certain moves or positions that are not recommended. Even if she does just one it would be great for many of us out here 🙂
I am sure there are other Pilates workouts online that focus on osteoporosis but of course I would love one from Laura .
