TBL Favorites: October

Hi Beauties!

Happy October! I hope you enjoyed the monthly teaser in your inbox this morning with some TBL favorites, a nutrition tip, and a note from me! (If you’re not signed up for our newsletter, you can join our list here.)

Each month, the team and I compile some of our favorite things of the moment and share them with you to hopefully spark joy, inspiration, or help you find a new pair of running shoes or a new, delicious recipe!

Without further ado, here are some things the team is currently loving for the month of October:

Currently Listening to:

“I’ve been listening to The Real Life Podcast with Jefferson & Alyssa Bethke, I enjoyed Episode 61 – The dark side of our life – hacking & productivity culture.” -Sarah

“While working or reading, I love listening to instrumental music. Sleeping at Last’s instrumental music on Spotify is beautiful!” -Teddi

“I’ve had Lauren Daigle’s new album, Look Up Child, on repeat for weeks – her voice is incredible!” -Jordin

I always enjoy The School of Greatness with Lewis Howes Podcast, especially this episode with Marisa Peer.

Currently Reading:

I also love The Five Minute Journal and making time for journaling when I can.

Wardrobe:

“I’ve been loving the new Amazon Prime Wardrobe service – I recently needed a Dusty Rose dress for my brother’s wedding and I was able to order a handful of dresses, try them on, and then return the ones I didn’t like for free! This dress was so comfortable – I highly recommend it if you are in the market for a bridesmaids dress! And, now that it’s feeling like fall, I love throwing a cozy sweatshirt over my workout gear for walks – this Sherpa is so cozy and available on Prime!” -Sarah

“I want to stock up on these tie front thermal tops in every color. I love this one I purchased from Mindy Mae’s Market — easy to wear and cozy for the fall” -Martha

“My favorite raincoat for Seattle living is Everlane’s The City Anorak.” -Becky

“I love home design (always checking out home listings) and I am loving the full Propertee line by Chris loves Julia. I’ve never related to an item of clothing more than this sweatshirt. 🙂 Plus, it’s super soft and cozy.” -Jordin

In the Kitchen:

“We just invested in an Instant Pot, and love this Instant Pot Roast and these 20 Minute Chicken Burrito Bowls!”-Sarah

Though I’m in denial that fall is soon approaching (I LOVE summer), I can’t deny my excitement to bake these pumpkin muffins again!” -Teddi

“These Healthy Chicken Meatballs (great with ground turkey too) are one of my go-to meals. I always have some in the freezer 🙂 Now that it’s fall I’m all about adding them to a vegetable soup like this one!” -Martha

Califia Coconut Cream & Almond Milk Pumpkin Spice Creamer – delicious addition to coffee for fall.” -Becky
