I was stressing over getting a post up for you this morning, but to be honest, I just need a break today. As you know, being a work-at-home mom can be tough. Naptime is typically filled with as much work as I can pack in but today, I need a break so I’m honoring that need.
I think it’s important that I practice what I preach and share that openly with you here on the blog.
We’re all trying to find a balance that works for our individual lives. Some weeks are easier than others. Some days just don’t work out like we think they will. And that’s okay.
This week has been busy with Week 5 of The Pilates Body Program and the launch of The Balanced Life Run Club so today, I need a brain break. I’m going to tidy up around the house, make dinner for friend who had surgery and watch Ellen.
I’m giving myself grace and I hope you do the same for yourself today. 🙂
