This signature pre-holiday Pilates program was created to tone and strengthen your entire body in six weeks. I’ve done the work to craft a full body program that will create changes in your body shape and muscle tone. All YOU have to do is commit to following along!

Simple as that.

Starting November 12th you can stop wondering what do to for your workouts or how you’re going to avoid the tendency to hibernate and put on an extra “coat” over the holidays. Hallelujah!

I created this program for those of you who want to reap the benefits of Pilates but don’t live close enough to train with me in person. It’s a virtual program that is accessible from anywhere in the world. You know what that means, even if you’re traveling you’ll be able to keep up with the program, no excuses 🙂

By following this program and maintaining a healthy diet, you’ll have a stronger, slimmer Pilates body by the time the holidays arrive. While others are feeling sluggish and out of shape from the holiday indulgence, you’ll be feeling your best. And you deserve to feel your best this year.

    Is each video 40 minutes long or just a demonstration of each move? Do you have a link to last years program so that I can see what the workouts will be like?

      Hi Sandy! Each video is 40 minutes long. At this time I don’t have a link to last year’s program, but if you check out some of my videos on YouTube you can get a feel for what the workouts will be like. They will just be longer and incorporate the whole body. Each week will focus a bit more on a specific body part (legs one week, arms the next, etc) but overall they will be full body workouts. You can get to my YouTube channel by clicking on my “Virtual Studio” tab at the top of the page.

    Robin, I am located in India and am concerned about the videos being blocked due to my IP address. Have you have this to be an issue with other internationally based clients?

      You can absolutely do this program as an inflexible person! In fact, all the more reason for you to join 🙂 I will provide modifications and you can always reach out to me on facebook & twitter throughout the program if you have questions or need help. I think you’d benefit greatly and I think you’d be surprised by how quickly you can improve. Great question 🙂
