Week 6…

    I was so looking forward to doing these workouts. I hurt my knee while running a few weeks ago and I wanted something to keep up exercise while it heals. However, I have not been able to watch a whole video because it seems to get stuck. I can only hold some of those moves so long! (plus I don’t have an hour to do exercise while waiting for it go again). I guess it is just a technical difficulty, but I am disappointed.

      Hi Vicky,
      Thanks for your comment. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble viewing the video! I can imagine it’s nearly impossible to hold the exercises for longer. Typically if the video is stopping it has to do with your web browser or a slow internet connection. I’d recommend downloading google Chrome and viewing the web page through that browser.     It still gets stuck. I guess it is a slow internet. The only way it appears to work is if I let it sit, then play it. The problem with that is I exercise soon after I get up in the morning and I don’t have time to let it sit for 30 minutes! Oh well. Thanks
