Week 5…

You’ve made it to week 5!

This is the home stretch. If you can make it through these last two weeks you will have made it through the holidays without falling off the workout wagon! That is seriously something to be proud of.

If by chance you have fallen behind on the program, it’s not too late. Jump right back in! Remember, “all or nothing” thinking is your enemy. Do not allow it.

Week 5 is posted on the blog. Last week I told you it was “back” week and I was mistaken. I’m sure you realized that it was actually “extra abs” week once you’re tummy was on fire 🙂

THIS week is the week to strengthen your back. It’s incredibly important for good posture and reducing pain. A strong back is central to a strong core.
