{Slim & Strong in Six} WEEK 4 WORKOUT

Happy Monday!

For those of you participating in Slim & Strong in Six…

You’re almost there! I’m so impressed by you.

I know that for many of you fitting your workouts in over Thanksgiving was a challenge. But today is a new day and an opportunity to jump right back on the program.

I’m going to cut to the chase: this is where it gets tough. This is when most people lose motivation and give up. But NOT YOU. No, you’re going to hang in there with me so that you can finally see those results you’ve been wanting to see. This is when change happens. This is the crucial time to stay committed.

I know how busy the holidays can be but it’s imperative that you still make yourself a priority. Doing so will not only make you a happier person, but those around you will benefit from a better version of you 🙂

This week we’re going to make that body of yours look fabulous in your holiday cocktail dress. You’re bringing sexy back. Yep.

Keep up the great work, I’m so proud of you. Remember, if you need me, I’m only an email/tweet/facebook post away 🙂
