{Slim & Strong in Six} WEEK 3 WORKOUT

For those of you who are participating in my pre-holiday Pilates program, welcome to week 3!

You’re nearly half-way there!

I’ve loved hearing feedback from those of you who have been keeping up with the program. Many of you are already noticing new definition in your arms, strength in your abs and changes to your waistline. I’m telling you, Pilates WORKS.

Be sure to plan ahead this week. Thanksgiving is on Thursday so chances are you won’t be working out that day. Take a moment to look at your calendar and schedule your 4 workouts just as you would any other meeting. This week is important, don’t let a busy schedule be an excuse.

This week we’re focusing on getting long, lean legs. You’re going to love it. It’s a challenge. I was huffing and puffing by the end 🙂

      Hi Melissa~ It IS hard. I’m huffing & puffing by the end too! Stick with it , it will get easier:)

    Awesome workout, Robin! It’s a “burner” for sure!! wow! Do you have a dance background? You have beautiful form!

      Hi Laura! I’m so glad you got a good workout. Yes, there’s definitely a little burn for the muscles this week 🙂 I do have a dance background. It’s was led me into Pilates years ago. Were you able to fit in any Pilates over the holiday weekend?
