Well, today I have good news. You CAN feel this way and I’ve created a program to help you get there.

“Slim & Strong in Six…your pre-holiday Pilates program”

This signature Pilates program will slim and strengthen your entire body in just six weeks. I’ve done the work to craft a full body program that will create dramatic changes in your body shape and muscle tone. All YOU have to do is commit!

I’ll provide the guide and you commit to following it.

Simple as that! No more wondering what do to for your workout or how you’re going to get in shape by Christmas. Hallelujah!

I created this program for those of you who want to reap the benefits of Pilates but don’t live close enough to train with me in person. It’s a virtual program that is accessible from anywhere in the world. You know what that means, even if you’re traveling you’ll be able to keep up with the program, no excuses 🙂

I guarantee that if you complete this program and maintain a healthy diet, you’ll have a strong, slim Pilates body by the time the holidays arrive. While others are feeling sluggish and out of shape from the holiday indulgence, you’ll be feeling your best. How great is that?!

So, what’s in it for you?

-A carefully crafted 6 week Pilates program that will provide real results in time for the holidays.

-FREE Pilates classes that you can do from the comfort of your own home.

-Slimmer thighs, tighter abs, more defined arms (yes please!)

Here are the details:

The program will start on November 7th and last until December 19th.

Each week I will post a new full body Pilates mat workout to The Balanced Life website.

You will commit to doing the workout 4x per week (that still leaves 3 days off!) Each workout will be approximately 40 minutes long so it will be easy to fit into your schedule.

The best part? This program is FREE! There is no cost to join. Nada. I just want to help YOU feel your BEST this holiday season. The more people that can experience the benefits of Pilates the better.

    Do you have any healthy eating tips and/or ideas that can be used along with this?

    I love doing Pilates and I am excited to get started with this program – I need the motivation!

      HI Sarah,
      Although this particular program will not have an exact diet plan, I will provide some guidelines and tips to keep your eating in line with your goals over the next 6 weeks.

      In the future I do plan to provide a comprehensive program that will include both diet and exercise so keep your eyes open for that as well 🙂
