The Sisterhood is a monthly membership program designed to help you become the healthiest version of yourself by doing Pilates from home and embracing a balanced approach to health, both on and off the mat.

  • Access to a members-only dashboard so all you have to do is log-in and press play.​ Simple, convenient, and easy to use.
  • A brand NEW full-length Pilates workout on the first of every month (+ access to a searchable workout library with over 37 online Pilates & barre workouts).​
  • A monthly mission to focus on ONE area of wellness off the mat per month.​ We keep it simple and I guide you through it every step of the way.
  • A gorgeous, professionally designed print that goes along with our monthly mission to remind you of your goals on a daily basis. ​
  • A monthly recipe bundle full of easy, whole-food recipes.​

    For most people, weight loss is the main motivator for getting into shape. But there are a lot of other benefits to exercising than just fitting into those skinny jeans. Thanks for sharing the post.
