Single Leg Stretch

The Single Leg Stretch is a classic Pilates exercise designed to:

  • strengthen the abdominals
  • improve core stabilization
  • warm up the body

In today’s video I’ll walk you through Single Leg Stretch, provide modifications and help you get the most out of the exercise.
