    Hey Robin!
    Great video! I love looking at all your baby advice now a days cause im starting to get very excited and nervous about life with a newborn! 🙂

    Anyways, I was wondering….did you use or do you recommend the use of a belly girdle or belly band after pregnancy for help with abdominal separation and just to use during workouts in general? I know they are great for after c-section if that had to happen, and many women use them just to get their belly down faster, but do they actually work for diastasis recti? If so, which would you recommend as there are so many on the market.

    Congratulations on your pregnancy! The 1st trimester is usually the hardest, but once you get through it, you’ll feel a little or even a lot better. It’s also great that we can still do some exercises even if we’re pregnant. 🙂 It helps a lot during labor, trust me. 🙂 Great job on your vlog, by the way!

    You are an inspiration Robin, I like that you keep it real and tell it as it is, no pretending that life is perfect 24/7, but that all aspects have to be worked at.
