Hi there - I'm Robin!

I live and work in sunny Santa Barbara, CA. As a certified Pilates instructor and thefounder/CEO of The Balanced life, I am passionate about creating programs that empower, strengthen, restore, and rejuvenate my clients from the inside out. I believe in a guilt-free, balanced approach to health & fitness and am dedicated to helping you love and care for your body in the midst of your busy life.

Outside of The Balanced Life, I can be found chasing my 6-year-old daughter, 4-year-old son, and 1-year-old twins (yes, it’s as crazy as it sounds!), sneaking in 10-minute workouts during the kids’ bath time, and spending as much time as possible at the beach.

The meal plan is built around whole, nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory foods to improve your overall health. The meals are simple, straight-forward and family-friendly too!

Gluten free and vegetarian modifications are provided. The meal plan is easily modified to accommodate gluten, dairy, and soy-free diets.

The program takes place 100% online. Once you join the program, you can start today or start next week – whenever it suits your schedule. And it’s yours to keep forever!

Each week: You’ll receive a suggested meal plan + grocery list for the week along with a 30-minute Pilates workout for you to utilize during the week.

You commit to doing a 30-minute Pilates workout 4x per week. No additional cardio is required.

You don’t need to do anything before joining the program. The program will come with clear week-by-week instructions and guidance.

One of the workouts utilizes a Pilates toning ring. You’ll be provided with information on where you can buy one if you’re interested (they run anywhere between $13 – $22). You won’t need it until week #3!

You’ll receive 4 brand NEW Summer Sculpt Pilates videos that were filmed on the beach in Santa Barbara, California.

#1: Classic Full-Body Pilates
#2: Pilates Fusion (a fun twist on classic exercises)
#3: Pilates Toning Ring Workout (ring optional, but highly encouraged)
#4: Pilates Endurance Circuit (great cardio benefits!)

The videos are approximately 30 minutes long and can be streamed on your smart TV, tablet, phone, or computer. You can also download the workouts and save them to your computer to watch them without relying on internet connection.

The week 3 workout utilizes a Pilates toning ring. You’ll be provided with information on where you can buy one if you’re interested (they run anywhere between $13 – $22).

Once purchased, all of the Summer Sculpt resources are available within your Programs on your Balanced Life account.

If you are a Sisterhood member, these workouts are not available in your Sisterhood Companion App; however, you can view the program on our mobile-friendly website.

You’ll be given access to 8 pre-recorded coaching calls with nutrition consultant and nutrition educator, Drew Parisi. Drew supports adults and families in nutritional and lifestyle modifications that provide real nourishment and real health, from the inside out. She uses an evidence-based approach to help people sift through contradicting health claims to put individuals in control of their own health. In these coaching calls, Drew will respond to frequently-asked-questions about the nutrition plan in Summer Sculpt.
