Day #7 + a GIVEAWAY!

What did you think of yesterday’s ab workout? Challenging huh? Don’t worry. It will get easier as you get stronger. All you have to do is keep moving forward. Little by little, day by day. If there’s one thing I know for sure…Pilates works.

Let’s workout…

Today we’re sculpting long, lean legs with a special focus on the inner thighs. Can I get an amen? 🙂

Remember to focus on lengthening your body throughout the entire series. Draw your waist in, lengthen the neck and breathe, no matter what body part you’re focusing on. Pilates should always be complete coordination of body and mind.
