On the ninth day of Pilates, my instructor gave to me…



The Teaser is a classic Pilates exercise that many of you know and love! (Maybe love/hate….but you definitely know it and you know it works!)

The Teaser is designed to:

  • strengthen the abdominals
  • strengthen the back extensors
  • stabilize the core

In today’s video I’ll walk you through the Teaser, provide modifications and help you get the most out of the exercise.
