Swimming is a classic Pilates exercise that is much harder than it looks!
Swimming is designed to:
- strengthen the upper back muscles (great for posture!)
- increase spinal extension
- stabilize the core
You’ll also engage the muscles along the backside of the legs and get your heart rate pumping.
