The big day is almost here!
The Pilates Summer Series will be kicking off bright and early Monday morning.
There are 2,000+ Balanced Life beauties signed up so far so I have NO doubt this is going to be a fun, interactive challenge full of support and Pilates sisterhood. We are all in this together.
We will NOT be afraid of our bikinis this year.
We’re going to do the work each day, little by little, to step out in confidence this summer.
Long days, warm nights and sun-kissed skin is just around the corner.
Imagine yourself slipping into your favorite summer outfit feeling long, lean, beautiful and confident. No shame, no insecurity, no hiding. That’s what this is all about.
Before we get started, here’s what you need to know:
Is it really free?
YES! Totally free.
While there is an opportunity to upgrade and maximize your results, it’s definitely not required. The upgrade option is for those of you who want to challenge yourself and take your training to the next level. It’s also for those of you who love Pilates and want longer (20 minute) workouts that you can do over the weekend (fully downloadable and yours to keep). The upgrade includes goal setting and a summer vision guide so if you REALLY want to see changes this month, be sure to check it out.
Regardless of which option you choose I want you to commit.
I’ll be filming videos, providing free resources and doing all that I can to help you prepare for summer and I don’t want to do it alone! So interact. Get involved. Check in with me daily on the blog, Instagram and/or Twitter so that I know you’re out there. 🙂

Do I need any extra equipment?
Nope! Just you, access to the internet, and your mat.
Is there a workout schedule?
Yes. I’ll be sending it out on Saturday morning so make sure you’re on this list to get the scoop.
What should I eat?
There’s no denying that what you put in your body affects the way you look and feel. While this challenge doesn’t have a specific meal plan component I’ll still be sharing TONS of recipes here on the blog and on the official Pilates Summer Series Pinterest board. You’ll have plenty of inspiration to nourish your body from the inside out.
