To help you start strong and stay motivated this week I figured why not announce the first big giveaway?

  • For additional entries participate in the daily check-in’s at the end of every workout. EVERY post using the hashtag #PilatesSummerSeries will be counted as 1 entry. Post as many times as you’d like!

    This was such a nice (yet challenging!) break from dissertation research πŸ™‚ I like how you included a couple of short stretches, because stretching is definitely the part of my fitness routine that always falls by the wayside. I know my legs need *way* more stretching than that, but a little is better than nothing, right? πŸ™‚

    Where do you enter on FB for the contest?

      Hi Cara – great question! You use the hashtag on Facebook, instagram or twitter. That way when you are on one of those social media platforms you can click on the hashtag and it will bring up everyone who is posting and using that hashtag. It’s a way to build community so that you can see what others are doing and help cheer them on. πŸ™‚ If you want to enter on Facebook you can simply post a status and use the hashtag #PilatesSummerSeries.
