Happy Friday!

I can’t believe we’re concluding another week of the Pilates Summer Series. Time is FLYING! Which means summer is almost here so that’s not such a bad thing. 🙂

I’m excited to introduce you to our fabulous guest-instructor today.

Meet Lauren Hefez…

Lauren is known for her high energy and spunky personality. Lauren is a sought after group fitness instructor and personal trainer in Boston and was named one of the “Five Fab Fitness Gurus to Follow On YouTube” by Teen Vogue! Through her YouTube channel and blog Lauren is able to connect with and energize people all over the globe. Her teaching style is inspired by her many years of dance training.

It’s been so fun working with Lauren to bring you this high-energy, total-body-toning routine. She is so sweet and so positive. Her personality shines through within minutes of working out with her.

Lauren is taking you the beach in Nice, France today. What better way to end your week than with a little workout on the Mediterranean Sea?

    Thank you, Robin!! I can’t tell you what this little series has done for me…. it reminded me my body is strong and capable AND it also reminded me how much I LOVE pilates. Pre-kids, pilates was my thing and I lost my way as it was just hard to get to the studio with little ones. Looking forward to more Balanced Life in my life… what an easy and manageable way to get it done and find a little space for myself. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!
