Side Kick

Side Kick is a classic Pilates exercise designed to:

  • strengthen the hips
  • strengthen the glutes
  • strengthen the abdominals
  • stabilize the core
  • increase flexibility in the hip flexors and hamstrings

In today’s video I’ll walk you through Side Kick, provide modifications and help you get the most out of the exercise.
