THE ROLL OVER

The Roll Over is a classic Pilates exercise that I know many of you are on a quest to master!

The Roll Over is an advanced Pilates exercise that is designed to:

  • strengthen the abdominals
  • increase spinal mobility

It also feels AMAZING and provides a good stretch for your lower back and hamstrings.

In today’s video I’ll walk you through the Roll Over, provide modifications and help you get the most out of the exercise.

    Hi Robin 🙋🏽 I love this exercise. When I first tried it I as pretty bad but over time have improved somewhat. Fabulous strengthening exercise. Thank you 😊
