The Boomerang is a classic Pilates exercise that challenges your body from head to toe. This is an advanced exercise so if you’re not quite ready for it, don’t sweat it! Just keep doing your daily Pilates workouts and you’ll eventually get there. Teaser and Roll Over are great exercises to work up to Boomerang. 🙂

The Boomerang is designed to:

  • strengthen the abdominals
  • tone the inner thighs
  • massage the spine
  • improve blood flow & circulation
  • stabilize the hips

It also provides a good stretch for your lower back and hamstrings.

Note: the Boomerang is not recommended for those with neck and spine injuries.

In today’s video I’ll walk you through the Roll Over, provide modifications and help you get the most out of the exercise.
