This position will require a combination of virtual and in-person work. This Executive Assistant position might be PERFECT for you if you’re a positive, tech savvy, and organized self-starter with experience in a similar role. You’re a high-energy, organized, and experienced assistant with no problem juggling tasks and responsibilities. Supporting others is your thing. Satisfaction for you means taking care of the little (and big) things that help leaders lead more effectively and families function with ease. You’ll be responsible for making sure her team, clients, and peers have a high-touch, intimate and professional experience with her, while also helping to ensure that everything on the home front runs smoothly. You must be a strategic thinker with clear, quick, and effective communication skills. Attention to detail and interpersonal skills that ensure discretion and confidentiality are essential. During busy seasons or events, occasional mornings, evenings, and weekend help will be needed. In order to thrive in this role, you must also love kids! The team at The Balanced Life is looking for a passionate and energetic Executive Assistant to partner with CEO & Founder to ensure her schedule, projects, and commitments are executed with excellence.
You must live in the Santa Barbara area and have availability Monday-Friday between 9-5 PST (there is some flexibility in the schedule but if you're working multiple jobs and don't have a schedule that can work around this role, it's not a good fit.) This has the potential of being a full-time position, but will begin with approximately 25-30 hours per week.
