Motherhood Mondays

First off, a big THANK YOU to all of you who took a moment to answer my short survey regarding what you’d like to see more and less of on The Balanced Life.

I’m excited to jump back in from maternity leave and give you more of what you want.

When it comes to pregnancy and motherhood, the results were split.

Some of you want more and some of you want none of it. That’s not a surprise, we all tend to like reading about things we can relate to and we’re not all new mothers. I totally get that.

So rather than infiltrating the blog with baby talk, I figured I’d start a new series called “Motherhood Mondays.”

In this series I’ll address topics ranging from pregnancy to motherhood but all within The Balanced Life framework. So they’ll all relate to healthy living, fitness, nutrition and of course, finding balance in the midst of it all.

So if you’re interested, be sure to stop by the blog on Mondays, if you’re not, I’ll see you on Wednesdays 🙂
