More Than A Resolution…

Registration for the 2013 kickoff of The Pilates Body Program is now open!

This program was created as a cure for the all too common New Year’s resolutions that go unmet year after year. I intentionally crafted this program in a 6 week structure that includes goal setting (to replace your resolutions), a structured, strategic plan and personal, one-on-one coaching and accountability. It’s time to leave those flakey resolutions in the past. This year is your year.

As we transition into a new year, I encourage you to take time to reflect on the past few months. Have you been taking care of yourself in a way that keeps you healthy, peaceful, fit and confident? If not, this is your fresh start. Claim it, pursue it and make the most of this new season.

The goal of The Pilates Body Program is to build healthy habits, follow a strategic yet manageable Pilates training plan and fill your diet with the most nutritious foods possible. The program has been an incredible success thus far and I would be honored to have you join us this time around.

Remember, it’s is not just for those who want to lose weight. It’s a lifestyle plan that will teach you how to nourish and care for your body so that you can look and feel your best from the inside out. The program takes place online so you can do it from any location as long as you have access to a computer.

Like everything in life, this program is not for everyone. But I’ve done my best to set it up in a way that is approachable, practical and incredibly effective.

What you should know: This is NOT a cleanse, nor  is it an intense, overwhelming exercise regimen. It’s a practical, lifestyle plan that help you change your health without entirely disrupting your life. It WILL be hard at times. You WILL have to make changes. You WILL have to buy new food at the grocery store. But I’ll be with you every step of the way providing support, encouragement and accountability and you WILL see results if you commit to these 6 weeks.

Losing those last 5 lbs: how the PBP has changed my life.

Here are a few before & after photos to get a feel for the change that can happen in just a few weeks. Note that 99% of fitness companies photo shop before & after photos to make them extra dramatic. Don’t be fooled by them. These are pure, untouched photos from real Pilates Body members. I think they did an incredible job!
