Monday – Friday Pilates Challenge (Thursday)

Hi Beauties!

Keeping it short and sweet today and sending you straight to Thursday’s workout as a part of the “Monday – Friday Pilates Challenge” I’m hosting with The Body Book.



Today’s workout focuses on side-lying work, which is great for whittling the waist, strengthening the obliques and toning the backside. Keep in mind that alignment is very important to ensure that you’re getting the most out of each exercise and sculpting a balanced physique.

    Love these workouts! It’s so nice to have something new for each morning right in front of my face! I love how you sort of “talk us through” the tough moves. I have never been able to do planks before, but with you reminding me of the form while we are holding it I haven’t had to give up on one yet 🙂
