In today’s quick Pilates workout you’ll work the muscles of your core and upper back to support good posture. I’ll also lead you through a series of stretches to open up tight chest muscles and release tension.

You’ll end this workout feeling taller, stronger, and more aligned! Sounds pretty good, doesn’t it?

    Enjoyed today’s workout but some exercises I had difficulty with. The last one was too difficult for me so I substituted it with a stretch exercise. It’s all about knowing your limits. Loving the 10 day program thank you Robin

    Thank you so much for these awesome workouts! I have done some intense Pilates in the past, but not for several years. I am amazed how good just 15 minutes can make you feel! With only a fifteen minute commitment, it so quick and efficient! I love it! Thanks again.

    Great looking workout however too much of it is things I can’t do because of my shoulder. Went back and did a workout from another day. I can’t wait until I can do “all” the exercises.

    I guess I am confused. I signed up for the 10 day challenge, but because of some scheduling difficulties, I started late. Today would have been day 6 for me, but when I click on the email link for the workout, it is no loner there. Does that mean if I didn’t do it on your time schedule they are no longer available unless I sign up for the Sisterhood?,

      Now that the 10-Day challenge is over, the workouts are available for The Balanced Life Sisterhood Members. The Sisterhood is a monthly/annual subscription to a community dedicated to health, wellness, and balance. You can find more information about The Sisterhood, here:
