In today’s quick Pilates workout you’ll work the muscles of your core and upper back to support good posture. I’ll also lead you through a series of stretches to open up tight chest muscles and release tension.
You’ll end this workout feeling taller, stronger, and more aligned! Sounds pretty good, doesn’t it?
