Hi Beauties!

Do you find yourself sitting at a computer a lot? Or maybe constantly looking down at your phone?

  • Some of us have kids and lose core strength
  • Some of us are less active than we used to be and it’s taking a toll on our bodies

The good news, is that consistent Pilates workouts can help!

In fact, Pilates one of the BEST forms of exercise to restore good posture and prevent postural problems down the road.

In today’s quick Pilates workout, you’ll work the muscles of your core and upper back to support good posture. I’ll also lead you through a series of stretches to open up tight chest muscles and release tension.

You’ll end this workout feeling taller, stronger, and more aligned! Sounds pretty good, doesn’t it?

    I sit at a desk for work. I find Pilates makes me conscious of my posture therefore helping me on and off the mat. Day seven is challenging but oh so necessary. Thank you again.
