Mind Body Pilates Challenge // Day 5

Hi Beauties!

After 4 days of hard work, today’s 15-minute Pilates routine is designed to help you stretch & relax.

Doesn’t that sound delightful?

I’ll lead you through tension-busting stretches and simple exercises to improve flexibility, release stress, and increase blood flow.

You’ll end this workout feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the day!

Today’s mindfulness assignment is one of my favorites!

    Hi Robin.i have tried to do the videos,but I had triple hernia surgery recently. I need to work on legs,arms.Are there any exercises I can do? Thank You.

      Hi Terri! Robin can’t give personalized advice as she knows every body is different. We recommend that you check with your medical provider and surgeon to get cleared to do exercise, specifically Pilates. We are wishing you a quick and complete recovery! 🙂

    Have struggled with days as I have arthritis and cannot sustain some of the positions – loved day 1 and 5

    Not been able to exercise the last 2 days – terrible pain in my lower back. Seeing a physio on Monday.
    Shame as I thought I was reasonably fit before I started Pilates. Think the roll ups were my downfall

    Hi Robin
    Just completed day 5 yes I too loved the gentle stretches really needed this as like many others I too suffer from osteoarthritis and Laos the roll ups did pull on my lower back seen some information you put on regarding the rolled towel so will try this.

    Just realised I sent you a PM before, saying thank you for putting on this challenge for myself and others to achieve at home so this was my act of kindness to you for today.

    Loved the stretching today, thankyou 🌻. This morning I planted a couple of roses for an elderly neighbour and gave her a jar of my red currant jelly. 😇

    Started the day with Day 4’s workout, fixed a yummy breakfast for my husband and son who was leaving to head home from a visit. Took a nice walk and ended with today’s workout! Grateful!!

    Thank you! Couldn’t do Day 4 yesterday but I got it done today with Day 5, that was so awesome combining the two, one following the other. I am really lacking flexibility especially tight hip flexors. Thank you for your workouts👏🤛👍🏃‍♀️I am a runner with some sore knee ligaments…MCL …not sure how badly torn but it’s taking ALL SUMMER to heal, and I’ve got a marathon to run in Toronto next month😱

    Thank you Robin today’s session was really good after the other challenging sessions.
    Completed day 5 which I think I will complete after every session as a cool down.

    I did these at the end of my day as I could only for in going for a walk outside in my time frame before my day was very busy.
    This was a nice way to end my day.
    My random act of kindness (which I didn’t know ahead about) was that I bought my daughter some glasses in her favourite colour, for where she just moved to, at a sale where the money goes for good causes. It feels like double the paying it forward!
