Mind Body Pilates Challenge // Day 4

Hi Beauties!

Today I’m leading you through a 15-minute Pilates workout utilizes light weights to build strength and improve muscle tone.

Weights are totally optional – feel free to improvise by using water bottles or cans of soup if you don’t have weights at home!

For our Mindfulness Assignment, we’ll be focusing on stopping the runaway train of negative thoughts that is getting in the way of your ability to make progress. Watch the video to the very end – this one small change has the power to change your life.

    Wow! Those opposite leg and arm exercises were an eye opener to my balance! Just getting into position was a challenge! Thank you for a great day for and the mindless reminder for getting rid of that negative self talk!!

      Plagued with technical difficulties my 15 min workout lasted about 40 mins lol….think I definitely did EXTRA as the video kept going backwards 😋
      I have had sooooo many distractions today it’s been difficult to focus and get down on that mat. Glad I have.
      That’s something to feel positive about x

    Found this one routine to be the hardest yet but did my best and stuck with it. So glad I did. Couldn’t complete the sit ups from lying down but give it a good go. Really enjoying the challenge thanks again you are amazing xx

    Good work out but found the last exercise difficult couldn’t raise my arm without toppling over. So couldn’t move elbow to knee just raised my legs. Still feel like I’ve worked out though

    Another great workout. I have challenged myself to do the workout from the previous day prior to completing the current day’s workout. So far, so good. I notice I begin to wobble when I stop focusing on my core, and the muscles being used during the exercise. Really need to stay ‘in the moment’ with pilates!

    I love your workouts. I am not giving up. A suggestion though to have us start with the left side first ( cause that’s the weaker side) and then when we do the right side it will feel so easy! Xo

    Days 1 to 5 complete. Definitely discovering which bits of my body just don’t connect! Can’t believe the difference between right and left in mobility. Right side in Day 4 just couldn’t achieve. BUT negative to positive at least I’m still trying.

    I am back, missed day 4 and 5 because was on the road…..but I am home and got back to it. I feel so much better when I am able to do this.!!!!
