In this 15-minute routine you’ll find ab exercises, leg sculpting exercises, upper body toning exercises, and stretches to improve flexibility and release tension.

    Really, really enjoyed these workouts Robin, thank you so much for creating them. You made it look so easy and inviting, with that beautiful ocean backdrop!

    I was derailed for a few days by other things but made a concerted effort to catch up by today and it really helped ease the soreness from a rash decision to join a friend at a Stretch and Tone class last Monday. . . my poor muscles had a rude awakening but the pain was worth it.

    Thank you again, you are a inspiration to us all to try to lead a healthier life and make some time for ourselves!

    Just completed day 10, thank you once again for this great session which i did enjoy, i shall attempt to perfect it later on today and follow up with the session of day 9 which i did get a lot out of.

    Good morning. I have thoroughly enjoyed Robin’s 10 day challenge.
    I am from Canada and not sure if I would still be able to join the sisterhood?
    The fees are in US funds.

      Yes, you can definitely join – we have a many Canadian members! In Canadian dollars the price is 31.84 a month for monthly membership or 263.98 for the annual membership!

    Hello, I want to join but am wondering if it is ok? I am 7 weeks postpartum and cleared from my doctor but just wonder if I should start here or something more simple? (I did your prenatal workout found it amazing!)

    Well, I cannot believe we are here already!
    The 10 day challenge complete. I have been recovering from eye surgery so I didn’t think I would be able to a lot of the exercises but with moderate tweaks…. Mission accomplished!!
    Thank you very much for the introduction to pilates and the opportunity to challenge myself. It does feel good! I know this has been good for my body because I can feel the difference and it has been good for my mind and soul as you have kept me company and given me something to look forward to. I get so excited when I hear your intro music!! I am going to miss it….. What will I do tomorrow?๐Ÿ˜ญ I know, work through the videos again till Sunday๐Ÿ˜

    I have really enjoyed this 10 Day Pilates….& I have completed the challenge!
    Thank you Robin. I will continue to ‘practice’ & aim to ‘perfect’ some of the moves….though I accept I’ll never be as serene and strong as you m’dear!

    Thankyou, Robin for a great set of workouts – thoroughly enjoyed them all ! Ten days went by so fast, but fitting in 15 minutes was manageable and exercising every day has improved the quality of my sleep enormously. ๐ŸŒป

    Hi Robin, I loved the challenge. I am a member of the Sisterhood & am so glad I am!!!, had to do some juggling for the fee but when I looked at paying for classes it kind of balanced out for me (no pun intended lol). Four months ago I had a double mastectomy so the 10-15 min workouts, along with a fair bit of modifications are very helpful to keep myself strong & positive.

    Finally completed the 10 day challenge. 15 minutes is such a doable timeframe and effective. I feel I put in 110/ and worked harder than a one hour session. Thank you .

    I so have enjoyed this 10 day challenge! I was a day behind but hey I caught up and finished… ๐Ÿ˜„ In every way it has helped, challenged, and blessed! Iโ€™ve had a pinched nerve in my neck since June of this year? And Iโ€™ve been hindered in working out…. Getting fit and even sticking to a plan for some time now. Especially with that pinch nerve… Which has defected my right side of my upper body at least… But Papa God!… !
