Welcome to day #1 of the Mind Body Pilates challenge!
We’re kicking things off with Pilates Foundations, a 15-minute full-body Pilates workout.
In this 15-minute Pilates workout, I’ll lead you through some of the foundational Pilates principles and exercises to set you up for success. You’ll work your abs, strengthen your arms, tone your legs, breathe deeply, and release tension from your entire body.
As we kick off this challenge, let’s all embrace that we’re busy and we’re not perfect. But we’re going to do the best we can.
